Get ready to level up your mind and body with the six-week BURN & BUILD challenge kicking off this Monday, October 28! Whether you’re short on time, need something new, or just want to BURN & BUILD, I gotchu! This challenge will be a hybrid of my workouts, only 30 minutes a day, to help you feel strong and get sweaty. We'll combine workouts from DIG DEEPER:30, INSANITY MAX:30 (on Saturdays), and the T25 SUPER BLOCK. You'll love how unstoppable you feel each day!
