To Request a Return/Exchange:


We will accept unworn, unwashed or unused merchandise in new condition for refund, less a 10% restocking fee within 30 days of purchase.

Exchanges, store credit, and store discounts are also available for all returns. You can initiate a return here.

Socks are final sale. No returns, exchanges or refunds.


- Please note that items are produced and shipped from various merchants around the globe depending on shipping address. If you place an order with multiple items, they may be shipped from different fulfillment centers and may arrive at different times. We do not have the ability to choose the fulfillment or shipping location.


- Please allow time for additional shipping & handling. We do not have any control over customs processing times &/or potential additional fees. Depending on the value, weight & local customs rates & policies, there may be additional customs fees and required package pick-up. The majority of international orders see minor delays with customs processing and are delivered directly to the shipping address, however there is no guarantee. Should you experience and delays or issues with customs, please contact support@shauntfitness.com

** Please note that all items are printed, embroidered & created on demand at time of order. Production time is dependent on warehouse volume and can take up to 10 business to be fulfilled. Shipping & Delivery estimates do not include production time. Please keep this in mind if ordering under time sensitive matters.
