Can I bring someone with me?
Unfortunately, only ticket holders will be permitted in the venue. We realize you may be traveling with others, but please have them make other arrangements or buy a ticket to attend.
What's the minimum age for the event?
For safety reasons, we can't allow anyone under the age of 18.
Will I need a change of clothes?
We recommend looking at the schedule, which will be emailed to you. If you'd like to have a change of clothes in between, we suggest making it quick, considering others will likely need to use the lavatory. There will not be locker rooms or showers available at the venue.
Can I sell or transfer my ticket?
No. All tickets are final sale. Under no circumstances can your ticket be modified, transferred, or refunded. Admission will only be granted to attendees holding a valid ticket with their name on the ticket face.
Should I still attend the event if I am recovering from an injury or sickness?
You know your body best. We can promise that the workouts are doable by all fitness levels. Still, if you are unsure if you should attend, we always advise checking with your doctor before physical activity for complete clearance.
