DIG:90 is a 90-day training structure built for people who want consistency without burnout and progress without guesswork.
Instead of traditional 7-day weeks, DIG:90 runs on intentional 10-day blocks. Each block is designed to push you hard, then pull you back at the right moment—so you actually recover, adapt, and come back stronger.
Every 10-day block includes:
• 9 structured workout days
• 1 mandatory rest day
You’ll train for nine consecutive days, then fully disconnect on day ten to reset your body and nervous system before starting the next block. No skipped rest days. No rearranging workouts. The structure is the secret.
Some blocks include built-in cardio, while others pair strength training with additional cardio sessions. Everything is programmed with purpose. Your only job is to follow the calendar as written and show up consistently.
