I just wrapped up 25 Minute Speed Train and jumped right into a Dig Deeper/645 combo. This week’s schedule is Collection 2 (645), Collection 3, then back to 645 — and let me tell you, the switch to longer, more intense workouts had my muscles talking!

I replaced a protein shake with posT. I have noticed less bloating and even the scale is going in the right direction again! Also, no more stomach discomfort like there was with the protein shake.i feel more energetic and overall better! Highly suggest! I did cut the scoop to half due to sweetness and that is perfect!
