Here’s how it works:
Each workout builds throughout the week, taking you from 20 minutes of intensity on Monday to going FULL OUT at 45+ minutes by Saturday. It’s cardio, strength, and grit—climbing step-by-step toward the strongest version of YOU.
You will receive each week of the calendar the Sunday before that week begins. At the end of the challenge, the full calendar will be available.
This isn’t just about workouts; it’s about showing up for yourself, building resilience, and DIGGING DEEPER.
